Your first week in InsuraCentral: the setup order that gets you dialing on day one

New accounts often spend the first week exploring features and the second week wondering why nothing has changed. Here's the order that has you making calls on day one.

Day one, morning. Import your leads. CSV from your vendor or your old CRM; map the columns once, the template is saved. Check the duplicate report before you confirm. Set your local presence numbers and confirm your caller ID name.

Day one, afternoon. Dial. Power dial on the warmest list you have. Learn the disposition buttons by using them. Every disposition should schedule the next step; if one doesn't, tell support and use a callback for now.

Day two. Texting. Confirm the registration is complete for your numbers. Set your confirmation text template and your missed-call text. Turn on the DNC scrub.

Day three. Pipelines. Use the default life pipeline unless you have a strong reason not to. Move yesterday's conversations to the right stage and see what the stage view tells you.

Day four. Quote & Enroll. Run a practice quote with a made-up client so the first real one at a kitchen table isn't your first.

Day five. Policies. Enter any in-force business you already have, with draft dates. Set up the month-13 view. Look at the Board on the forum and post your first question.

What to skip in week one. Custom fields, integrations, automation rules, and Routes if you're not in the field yet. Those are week three.

Which step tripped you up in your first week, and what fixed it?
