What CRM is everyone using in 2026? Post yours, what it costs you, and the one thing you would change

The question that gets asked on every board every month, so let it live here where the answers are from named agents. Post:

  • What you use. Name it, including if it is a spreadsheet.
  • What it costs you per month, all in: seats, lines, texting, minutes.
  • What you do in it every day and what you do somewhere else.
  • The one thing you would change about it.
  • How long you have been on it. A week-one review and a year-three review are different reviews.

House rules for this thread: vendor names are welcome, vendor pitches are not. If you work for or resell a CRM, say so in the first line. We make InsuraCentral and this is our forum, so we will stay out of the replies except to answer questions about ours. Agents on the floor comparing notes is worth more than anything we could post.
