The InsuraCentral Community, the Producer Floor, is a forum for licensed life insurance agents: final expense, mortgage protection, term, indexed universal life and annuities. Agents post real numbers about leads, dialing, carriers, underwriting, chargebacks and the business of being a producer, and answer each other's case questions.

Who runs it

InsuraCentral, the CRM and multi-line dialer built for life insurance agents, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The forum is part of the product: agents on InsuraCentral sign in with one click and post under their real name. Reading is open to anyone on the internet, and the company posts under the name InsuraCentral with a Staff mark so its own voice is never mistaken for an agent's.

How it is moderated

Three rules carry most of the weight. Post the case, not the client: no names, no policy numbers, nothing that identifies a real person. No recruiting and no vendor pitches; answer the question, and the reply is welcome. Say what you actually saw, with numbers where you have them. Every thread and reply has a Report control, reports go to a moderation queue staffed by the InsuraCentral team, and screening catches client identifiers before they publish.

What it is not

Not legal, tax or compliance advice. Agents share what worked for them; carrier rules, state regulations and contracts change, and your own upline, counsel and E&O carrier are the authorities for your situation.
