The InsuraCentral Community is run by InsuraCentral, the CRM and dialer platform for life insurance agents. The same team that builds the software moderates this forum, so one address reaches both.
[email protected] for anything about the Community: a thread or reply you want reviewed, a moderation decision you disagree with, a name or client detail that should not have been posted, an account that cannot sign in, or a question about how the floor works. Replies come from a person, usually the same business day.
Reporting a post
Every thread and reply carries a Report control. Reports go straight to the moderation queue and are faster than email for anything on the floor itself. Client identifiers, harassment, recruiting spam and misleading product or carrier claims are the four things we act on quickest.
