What does your weekly review actually look like?

Every agent says they do a weekly review. Most mean "I looked at my commission statement." A real one takes thirty minutes and changes what you do Monday.
What agents who've shared theirs tend to look at:
- Dials or knocks, conversations, presentations, apps, issued. Five numbers, in a row, every week, so the trend is obvious.
- Contact rate by lead source. Which vendor or mailer is producing conversations, not just leads.
- Close rate by carrier. If one carrier's product is closing at half the rate, it's the presentation or the fit.
- Draft failures and lapses this week, with reasons.
- Pipeline: what's in "app submitted" that hasn't had a check-in call.
- One thing to change next week. One. Not five.
Post your review format, or the number you look at first. If you don't have one yet, say what you'd want to see and people here will tell you what's worth tracking.
