Routes in InsuraCentral: door-knocking days that don't waste the afternoon on driving

Field agents lose hours to bad routing. Routes takes the day's cards and appointments and orders them into a drive that starts and ends where you tell it to.

How it works. Pick the leads for the day from the map or the list, set your start point and end point, and Routes orders the stops. Appointments with a set time are part of the plan; the knocks fill the day around them. Each stop shows the lead record, the notes and the disposition buttons, so the knock gets logged on the porch, not from memory at night.

What it changes. Twenty-five stops in a loop instead of forty scattered across two counties. A second pass on the no-answers that's actually on the way home. A record of which doors were knocked, so the aged-lead campaign later starts from truth.

Tips from agents using it. Start with the farthest stop and work back. Put appointments in first, then let the knocks fill. Log the disposition on the porch; the button takes three seconds and saves the evening.

Idle timeout note. An in-progress route keeps your session active; you won't be logged out for "inactivity" while you're driving between stops.

What it doesn't do. Pick your leads for you. The list is still your call; Routes makes the day efficient once you've picked it.

How many stops are you fitting in a day with Routes versus without?
