Lead assignment and pipelines in InsuraCentral: routing leads to the right agent

Another from us, because owners ask this on every onboarding call.
Assignment moves leads from an agency pool to an agent. Owners can assign manually, distribute a list evenly, or use round-robin rules so new leads land on agents in turn. Sub-agency owners see and assign only the leads inside their own tree; upline owners see the whole tree.
Unassign sends a lead back to the pool without losing its history. Reassigning keeps every note, call and text on the record.
Pipelines and statuses are the stages a lead moves through. Filters on the leads page and the dialer lists are built on them, so a clean status discipline is what makes the reports honest.
Ownership rules that trip people up: a lead assigned to an agent belongs to that agent's workflow until it's unassigned; imports by a co-owner land in the agency pool, and the pool is where the owner distributes from.
If you run a team, the daily rhythm most owners settle on is: import in the morning, distribute by rule, review the unworked leads report at the end of the day, and re-pool anything that sat untouched.
