How the InsuraCentral dialer works: power dial, multi-line, and Smart Redial

A short guide from us on the dialer inside the CRM, since the questions come up daily. This is what it does, not a pitch; if you're on another system, the concepts carry over.

Power dial calls one lead at a time from a list you build with filters: status, state, lead source, last contact. Notes, dispositions and callbacks are logged on the lead as you go, so the next dial session starts where this one ended.

Multi-line dials several leads at once and connects you to the first one who answers. It's for high-volume sessions on fresh lists. The dialer manages the other lines, and the abandonment safeguards are there to keep you inside the rules.

Smart Redial looks at each lead's contact history and picks the next time to try. Leads that never answer at 10 a.m. get tried at 6 p.m.; leads dialed too often get rested.

Numbers. Local-presence numbers, rotation across your pool, voicemail drop, and call recording with the disclosure handled where required.

Where the data lands. Every call sits on the lead's timeline with the recording, the disposition and any notes, and the dial efficiency reports show contacts and appointments per dial hour by agent and by list.

Questions about a specific screen belong here too; we read this room.
