Why we built the floor inside InsuraCentral

Life agents talk shop in a dozen scattered places: private Facebook groups, forum boards from 2009, group texts, a Discord or two. The good answers are in there, buried under recruiting posts and vendor ads, and half of them start with "I heard".
We wanted one room where the person answering your underwriting question is a licensed producer who placed that case last month, where a vendor review has the contact rate attached, and where nobody is trying to sign you under their contract.
So the floor lives next to the CRM. Your account is your identity here, your rep follows your name, and the moderation is done by people who know what an advance chargeback is.
A few things we decided on purpose:
- Reading is public and indexable, so the answer you write today helps an agent who searches for it in two years.
- The screening is strict on client information. It has to be. This is a public site and we handle health data all day.
- Rooms are curated by us for now. When the floor has enough people, agents with rep will open their own.
Ask, answer, post the win. That's the whole product.
