This is one room for independent life insurance agents, across every agency on InsuraCentral. Reading is free for anyone on the internet. Posting, replying and voting take an InsuraCentral account, and you post under your real name.

The rules, short version

• No client identifiers. Ever. Describe a case by age, sex, state, condition and coverage. Never a name with details, a date of birth, an SSN, a Medicare ID, a policy number, an address, or a client's phone or email. Posts are screened before they go up and blocked when they cross the line.
• No pitching. No recruiting, contract offers, lead-vendor ads, courses, affiliate links, or "DM me for details". Recommend a vendor or carrier in context all you want. Selling is what the rest of your day is for.
• Real names, real numbers. The threads that help are the ones with the actual contact rate, the actual chargeback, the actual carrier decision.
• Links unlock after your first week or 5 rep.

Case help goes in Underwriting & Case Help, with the case template pinned there. Product questions go in the product rooms: Final Expense, Term & Mortgage Protection, IUL & Cash Value, Annuities, Medicare & Senior Market, Health & Ancillary. Money questions, contracts, chargebacks and taxes have their own rooms. Wins go in Wins & Milestones, and yes, we want the numbers.

Rep is the score under your name. Upvotes on your threads and replies earn it, downvotes cost it. It unlocks links and, later, a few other things.
